  • Representatives of the FAA, TSA, ALPA, OSHA, Department of Aviation, Chicago Fire Department, American Society of Safety Engineers

  • Managers responsible for purchasing at O'Hare International and Midway International Airports Airline/Aviation Community

  • Safety demonstrations

  • Over 1000 aviation guests that are involved with safety

  • Complimentary lunch will be served throughout the Expo

    • Awards Ceremony at noon!

    Transportation for Midway Airport Employees:
    A Shuttle Bus will depart MDW to ORD at 10:00 a.m. from Lower Level Door 4, and will depart from ORD AMC building back to MDW at 1:00 p.m. (Seats are limited to 40 people - call Airfield Operations for a reservation at 773-838-0677).

    Free parking will be provided at the O’Hare, AMC Building (exit from I-294 remain in right hand lane to O’Hare, exit to Manheim Road south, turn right on Montrose follow signs to Safety Expo).
